POLL (NOT A VOTE): Regarding Grievances

Post by AlphaJuliet »

As per our discussion here - https://22ndfleet.com/forum/viewtopic.p ... 2&start=30

This is a POLL and not an official vote. We plan to use the popular opinion from this poll to determine a course of action to resolve an issue we have been discussing (link above) with regards to 22nd Fleet and how we formally record our approach to dealing with grievances.

For reference:

Section 2 of the Charter - https://www.22ndfleet.com/charter/#s2

Section 1 of the Charter references Grievances - https://www.22ndfleet.com/charter/#s1 - See Members Section 5.

Okay so pretty clear preferences towards having some form of Code of Conduct here with 7 opinions in that direction and 4 for simply removing Section 2. (13 opinions cast from 21 possible)

Discussion re a Code of Conduct continues here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=155
